Delivery/frequency of visits
Our visits, which are generally weekly, depend on turnover and positioning. Sales stands with low turnovers are also monitored carefully; visits depend on sales volumes but are generally made fortnightly.

Returns/remaining stock
Authorised returns (returns receipts/vouchers) are processed with great care – this applies to items that have sold poorly in your experience and in particular to changing the trend display themes or any promotional offers agreed.

Alterations and changeover services
Field staff carry out any necessary display alterations. Larger modifications or changeovers are carried out quickly and professionally by our WENCO construction team.
